vBadvanced is proud to announce the release of vBadvanced Links Directory v3.0 RC1. After a thorough period of testing with v3.0 Beta 2, the new v3.0 RC1 should be very stable and of course includes fixes for all bugs/issues found in v3.0 Beta 1. Current license holders will find v3.0 RC1 available for download in the Members' Area here. New Features & Options Since v3.0 Beta 2:

• RSS feeds - Click the 'Category Tools' menu when browsing a category and you will see the 'Subscribe via RSS' link.
• The "status" folder icons will now be hidden if both the 'Views to qualify as a hot link' and 'Posts to qualify as a hot link' settings are set to 0.
• 'Minimum Length of Description' setting added allowing you to specify a minimum required length for link descriptions, or not require a description at all.
• If the 'Enable Collapsible Categories in Admin CP' setting is enabled, the last category to be expanded will now be "remembered" and that category will be expanded when redirected to the category manager page after adding a new sub-category.
• New hook locations:
  vba_links_functions_fetch_possessive
  vba_links_functions_fetch_spider_url
  vba_links_showlink_goto
  vba_links_showlink_showdetails_start
  vba_links_showlink_showdetails_complete
• All currently known bugs & issues have been corrected.

As usual, full upgrade instructions can be found in the readme.html file that comes with the download package.
Please not that most all templates have changed since the 2.0 series and will need to be reverted.
