Just wanted to let you know that I have upgraded the Help Desk to fix a security hole.
During the process I had some issues with the most recent database and had to restore a older one in order to fix the problem.

Due to this some of the most recent tickets are not going to appear in the help desk, sorry :(

If you need assistance please open a new ticket and I will do my best to help you now that I'm back full time on vbstyles.com
