I have uploaded the German version of GARS 2.1.8c to the download area. All files are the same as the english version, however the product xml is different. Please note that my German is even worse than my English so I didn't do the hard work on this - it was hcmagix over at http://www.vbhacks-germany.org/ so a huge thanks for this!
