I have uploaded GARS 2.1.8 to the download area primarily to address any open issues and bring GARS relevant templates up to date with vB's 3.6.7 release.

This release is a bug fix release to solve a display error of the new mootols login box in internet explorer only.
All members using the Element skin 3.6.6 should upgrade to the new version to fix the above problem.
If you do not want to upgrade the skin, I have posted the template edits here to apply the changes manually:
